Full-time Customer Service Clerks

Responsible for direct customer contact, phones, fax, mail, and e-mail relating to inquiries, order entry and status, pricing, product availability, scheduling delivery dates and responding to customers questions. Process warranty transactions and issue RMA's to customers. May perform other miscellaneous duties as well. Applicants must have good communication skills.
