Programmable Features

Expand each section to see the specs for each feature. Those in bold are factory default settings.

Time period motor is on prior to trial for ignition. Reduces carbon formation and extends ignitor life.

No Valve, 0 seconds, 3 seconds, 10 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 60 seconds, 2 minutes

NEW IGNITION SEQUENCE: When set to 10+ seconds, the motor will start, the ignitor will come on for 1 second to perform a valve test then shut off and continue for the pre-determined pre-purge time. This new sequence reduces ignition timing to minimize carbon formation.

The flame-establishing period during ignition.

Programmable settings: 10 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 45 seconds

The time period the motor is on after the call for heat is satisfied to allow for evacuation of combustion gases.

Programmable settings: 0 seconds, 10 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 15 minutes

The time period after trial for ignition that the ignitor remains on to stabilize the flame.

5 seconds, 10 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 45 seconds

The maximum Ohms range that the control will allow the burner to operate.

3300, 5300, 7200

Please read the Setup Menu Definitions to learn about the different ignition types.

Interrupted, Smart Ign (Smart Ignition), Intermittent

Allows TT to be “jumpered” by software program.

Yes*, No

*When changing this setting to ‘Yes’, with limits powered will exit Settings mode and result in immediate ‘Call for Heat’.

Applicable only to applications equipped with a combustion air proving switch (intake) or a blocked vent switch (exhaust)

Not Used, Intake, Exhaust

Number of recycles allowed during a single call for heat prior to lockout

None, 3

N/O (normally open), N/C (normally closed)
Allows all prior burner fault conditions stored in control to be cleared.

Yes, No

Allows all factory defaults to be restored in control. It will reset and reboot the control, asking you to answer “solenoid valve” question at startup.

Yes, No
