Recalled Product: Carlin EZ-1 oil burners used with Williamson and Thermoflo furnaces and boilers sold by heating wholesalers from April 29, 2015 to November 19, 2015.
Hazard: Some of the above burners were miswired which could result in the burner not shutting off – posing a fire hazard.
Instructions:
- Installers: If you purchased and installed a Williamson or Thermoflo furnace or boiler during the above time period and have not already been contacted by Carlin, please contact us immediately for instructions.
- Homeowners: If you had a Williamson or Thermoflo furnace or boiler equipped with a Carlin burner installed between April 29, 2015 and December 31, 2015, contact Carlin immediately. If possible, please provide the name and contact information of the contractor that installed the appliance.
